Giovanni Rolle has achieved a significant experience, as advisor of Italian companies and multinational groups, in tax treaties and cross-border reorganizations and in the definition, documentation and defense of related party transactions. Affiliate professor at ESCP Europe, he is vice-chair of the European branch of the Chartered Institution of Taxation and also member of the Advisory Board of Tax Management International Forum and of the scientific committee of the journal «Fiscalità e Commercio internazionale». Author or co-author of frequent publications on Italian and English language journals, he is a frequent speaker at congresses, courses and seminars in the field of International and EU taxation.
