Our Partner Giovanni Rolle will speak – on October 16th in Turin – at the “Appuntamento Internazionale” at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin on the topic of tools for the resolution of disputes in international tax matters.
It will be an opportunity to take stock, also with reference to concrete cases and statistical data, of the relationship between MAP, internal litigation and deflationary instruments but also to discuss future, possible disputes regarding the minimum taxation of multinationals (“Pillar Two”).
