Giovanni Rolle gave a lecture at “Internazionalizzazione d’impresa e fiscalità internazionale” advanced training of SAF Lombardia

As part of the advanced training programme organised by SAF LOMBARDIA entitled “Business Internationalisation and International Taxation”, a lecture was delivered – alongside other lecturers – by our partner Giovanni Rolle, focusing on “Tax issues related to the type of investment”.

The presentation focused on the tax assessment of forms of overseas presence and, in particular, on the choice between a company and a permanent establishment.
