He is a technical consultant to the judge at the Court of Milan and has extensive experience in tax and corporate matters, as well as in accounting principles, the preparation and auditing of financial statements, the valuation of companies and shareholdings, and the reorganisation of corporate groups for the purposes of asset protection and generational transition. He is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
