This evening our Senior Partner Giovanni Rolle will present his chapter on “Mechanism to apply the minimum tax” included in the book “Pillar Two of the inclusive framework on BEPS, a problem-solving approach” published by Elgar (https://lnkd.in/dsdHk2k9) and edited by Carlo Garbarino, full professor of International Tax Law, Department of Legal Studies, Bocconi University.
The workshop – from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Bocconi University in Milan – will discuss developments and criticalities in several topical areas of the global minimum tax project and Pillar Two OECD.
The round table will take place within the framework of the Master in Diritto Tributario dell’Impresa and with presentations from co-authors of the book.
